Founded in 2019, Shine Interior Design Studio is a collaborative practice led by co-founders Natalie Biles and Stacey Breezeel.
Together, our team brings creativity, technical expertise, and a thoughtful understanding of how people live and work to every project.
We believe exceptional interiors should reflect the people who inhabit them, balancing beauty, function, and wellness.

Shine Interior Design Studio was founded on the belief that exceptional design comes from understanding people, collaborating thoughtfully, and considering every detail. Co-founders Natalie Biles and Stacey Breezeel bring complementary expertise to residential and commercial design, united by a commitment to beauty, function, and wellness.
Natalie Biles

With more than 20 years of experience, Natalie brings a thoughtful, big-picture perspective to residential design. A graduate of the University of Arkansas and NCIDQ-certified since 2007, she specializes in custom homes, comprehensive renovations, and the relationships between architecture, interiors, furnishings, and everyday life.
Natalie believes great design is about more than beautiful individual rooms. It's about understanding how people live and bringing countless decisions together into something cohesive, personal, and effortless to experience.
As co-founder and CEO of Shine, Natalie is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience while building a collaborative studio where creativity and expertise thrive. An active industry leader and speaker, she has shared her insights at KBIS, ASID GATHER, and High Point Market.
Stacey Breezeel

CO-OWNER & COO | PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Commercial Design • Creative Direction • Studio Operations
Stacey brings a thoughtful combination of creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration to Shine's residential and commercial projects. A graduate of Harding University, she earned her LEED AP credential in 2009 and became NCIDQ-certified in 2011.
With a particular passion for commercial environments, Stacey approaches design with an understanding of how spaces must perform—not just on opening day, but for years to come. Her work emphasizes thoughtful material selection, sustainability, craftsmanship, and seamless coordination throughout the design and construction process.
A dedicated industry leader, Stacey previously chaired ASID's National Awards and Recognition Committee and has shared her expertise on wellness and sustainability at KBIS NEXTStage. She believes beautiful design should serve the people who experience it every day.

Ashley Fiant
ASID | LEED-AP | REGISTERED INTERIOR DESIGNER
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Ashley brings a thoughtful combination of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to Shine Interior Design Studio. A graduate of Harding University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design in 2009 and became NCIDQ-certified in 2014.
Her professional experience spans commercial interiors, furniture design, architectural planning, and residential design. Having also served as an adjunct professor at Harding University, Ashley brings a passion for education and continued professional development to her work.
At Shine, Ashley specializes in construction documentation, architectural detailing, material specifications, and design development. Her attention to detail and collaborative approach help bring complex projects from concept to completion.
An active member of the design community, Ashley serves on ASID's National Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Committee and has earned the NKBA Appliance Specialty Badge. Based in Houston, Texas, she collaborates with Shine's team on projects across the country.
Heather Kramer, Allied ASID
INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
Heather brings extensive hands-on experience in residential design, showroom management, and installation coordination to the Shine team. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for seeing projects through to completion, she helps ensure that every element comes together beautifully.
From coordinating deliveries to overseeing the finishing touches, Heather plays an essential role in transforming thoughtful designs into welcoming, functional spaces.
Outside the studio, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, birdwatching, reading a good John Grisham novel, and volunteering with her church's children's ministries.
Randi Weigle
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Randi helps keep the Shine studio organized, connected, and running smoothly. Supporting the leadership and design teams, she coordinates schedules, manages administrative details, and helps ensure that projects and communications stay on track.
Her behind-the-scenes support allows our designers to focus on what they do best—creating thoughtful, beautiful spaces for our clients.
