About the Project
10Fitness Cantrell is a transformation of a long-vacant former Stein Mart into a vibrant, brand-aligned 24/7 fitness club designed to support every fitness level. Shine Interior Design Studio provided interior layout planning, interior finish selections, and exterior consultation while navigating existing building constraints like lower ceiling heights, limited daylight, and dated plumbing and mechanical systems. The finished club features clear zoning, durable high-performance materials, and enhanced amenities, including a Cardio Cinema, functional training zones, and an expanded recovery experience.

Highlights: Adaptive reuse of a former retail building • Exterior refresh leveraging existing roof pitch and mid-century stone • Cardio Cinema • Multipurpose functional training area • Expanded Recovery Area with stretch zone, massage/cryo chairs, red light therapy, and tanning rooms • Owner-advocate site visits during construction
