Little Rock Soiree Women to Watch 2025

We’re thrilled to share that our founder and co-owner, Natalie Biles, has been named one of Little Rock Soirée’s 2025 Women to Watch—a recognition honoring 40 local leaders making a powerful impact in business, philanthropy, and the community.

As the heart behind Shine Interior Design Studio, Natalie leads with intention, blending creativity with purpose to design spaces that support wellness, empower women, and balance life’s many roles. Her passion for design began in seventh grade and has grown into a career dedicated to helping others thrive—at home, at work, and in their communities.

Founder & Co-Owner

Shine Interior Design Studio

I’m the founder and co-owner of Shine Interior Design Studio, a women-owned small business offering residential and commercial design with a wellness focus. Driven by the desire to balance family and career, I built Shine to support both, creating a path for my own family and empowering other women to pursue their goals through meaningful design work.

Pressing Questions

How I knew this was my passion

In seventh grade career orientation, I made my poster with Barbie furniture declaring my intent to be an interior designer. It’s even better than I could have imagined.

What I learned from my first job

Every job offers value, from running a register to managing customers. Embrace each task as a chance to learn, grow and recognize when it’s time to move on to new opportunities.

The one thing I wish people knew about my field

Interior design goes beyond decorating, it’s about creating spaces that support how we live, work and thrive. Our field involves deep research, education and development to truly enhance well-being and goals.

Best advice I ever received

Life’s seasons bring unique rhythms and capacity. Just when comfort arrives, change often follows. Embracing this perspective helps me stay grounded and make the most of whatever season I’m in.
