Little Rock Soiree Women to Watch 2026

We're thrilled to share that our co-owner and commercial lead, Stacey Breezeel, has been named one of Little Rock Soiree 's 2026 Women to Watch, a recognition honoring local leaders making a powerful impact in business, philanthropy, and the community.

As part of the heart behind Shine, Stacey leads our studio with creativity and steadiness, planning and organizing environments so they function well, feel comfortable, and support the people who use them every day.

She's the kind of designer who believes life moves in seasons, and that the best work comes from embracing the season you're in rather than pushing through it. That perspective shapes how she designs and how she leads.

Congratulations, Stacey Breezeel, on this well-deserved honor!

Shine Interior Design Studio

Shine Interior Design Studio is a full-service interior design firm established in 2019 by myself and Natalie Biles. For many years we worked as sole practitioners, but our love for collaboration and a desire for more balance brought us together. Our goal was to establish a studio that embraced beauty, wellness and sustainability in business and lifestyle.

Pressing Questions

How I knew this was my passion

I’ve enjoyed art since I was a child. Interior design and architecture became a means to curate and create beauty with spaces that bring joy and purpose.

The one thing I wish people knew about my field

Interior design is more than making spaces look nice. It’s about planning and organizing environments so they function well, feel comfortable and support the people using them.

Best advice I ever received

Life is full of different seasons. It’s important to embrace your current season and find ways to be supported rather than push through in a survival mode.

What I learned from my first job

I learned to be patient and to keep an open mind with the projects I was tasked with. This lesson has provided tools to better collaborate and embrace complexities

A skill I never expected to need in this field

Being a problem solver is a skill I’ve embraced in all aspects of my job. Creativity comes in how I connect with people, find functional solutions and meet budget constraints.

One practice I use to maintain my mental health

Exercise and good food with friends. These practices help balance the rollercoaster that life can bring, so I will always say yes to a lunch invitation and group fitness class.

Biggest challenges in my career

Leaving my first job at a local architecture firm and relocating to Texarkana. I had to rethink my career and decide what was next.

Nonprofit I wish more people knew about

Immerse Arkansas.

What keeps me coming back to my job every day

Our mission and our team. We’ve been blessed with the opportunity to create and serve people well.

Best career moment so far

The opportunity to create a business with a friend and colleague that thrives on community, connection and creativity. Our mission and our team bring me so much pride and joy.

The first thing I do to course-correct when I hit a wall

I try to step away from the situation and give my brain a break. Time, space and sometimes discussion with a trusted peer help me see the bigger picture.
